Greg Brown will be performing a benefit concert for Gila Mimbres Community Radio on Friday June 2012, 7pm, at the WNMU Fine Arts Center Theater. Details are posted on our website – gmcr.org.
You can purchase tickets from our website via PayPal, or just stroll down Bullard and get them at Gila Hike & Bike or Alotta Gelato in beautiful downtown Silver City, or at Mountain View Market in Las Cruces. Reserved Seating is still available.

We are in the final phase of testing our Internet stream and there will be another announcement soon to mark the beginning of GMCR’s 24/7 webcast including music, arts, culture, news, public affairs and Spanish language programming. We’re already jazzed and it will just get better as we go. This is our next step in all the many steps we’ve already taken as we continue to move towards providing Southwest New Mexico, in the not so distant in the future now, with a full power, member based, listener supported, non-profit, non commercial, volunteer operated and locally focused FM Radio Station. One last thing… A number of you have indicated an interest in volunteering and we will need some folks to help out with the concert both in advance and on the day of the show.
